Appalling Service
Appalling Service. Ordered a hoodie for Christmas 2021, still not arrived at the time of writing, no response to numerous emails, going through the phones I get cut off. No top, no refund. How is this allowed from the official England Store?!?!?! what is the RFU doing to stop this?!?! Never again.

Problem with order and every single email to the “Customer Service” team has been ignored.
No responses from Customer Service/Contempt Team
I ordered a shirt from this outfit and paid £4.95 for delivery. Had I known they use the all time disaster of a delivery company, Hermes, now renamed Evri but it's the same rotten service, I would not have ordered anything at all.
It took four goes and a complaint to the CEO of Hermes before the delivery happened and even then it was late.
I think the England Rugby Store need to refund at least my £4.95 they charged for delivery given the number of goes it took and the amount of hassle they caused me.
They have failed to respond to my complaint to their customer service/contempt team and the head of the service, called Jane Barron doesn't answer her emails either.
I won't deal with them again and I suggest you don't either.

Arrived Dirty and Expensive Delivery
Ordered two reversible England hats and paid fast delivery charge (needed quickly to travel to France) PLUS a handling charge??? How strange. Ordered Saturday, delivered Tuesday. Hats arrived dirty on white side. Very disappointing but looking at reviews, no point in complaining and I certainly not paying to return them.

I wish I had checked reviews before I bothered wasting my time. I ordered 2 tops on the 6th Feb, had confirmation they had been dispatched 8th Feb, thought yes brilliant they'd be here in time for next game... but nooo, got lost on the way to couriers and that was that. I contacted courier who was also rubbish and basically blamed the store even though they had emailed to say my package had arrived then later back tracked to say it had been misplaced... finally got in contact with the England rugby store who offered replacement or refund, though they wouldn't send the replacement out ready for the weekend (rubbish!) So I've opted for the refund which I now have to wait for an email with instructions! I hate leaving poor reviews and always try to find a positive but seriously, here, there isn't one. Just a tonne of unnecessary stress, I'd have been happy if they had made effort to send replacement for the weekend, but no, that whole £2 extra I didn't pay for next day delivery will not be compensated for... joke!! Very unsatisfied customer!

Absolutely furious
Absolutely furious. I ordered 3 jerseys that took ages to arrive. Really poor quality and then had to pay another £5+ to return them. I was going to keep one of the items, but I was so cross about paying for returns I sent the lot back.

HORRENDOUS.
Avoid avoid avoid!! Ordered a training tracksuit for my nephew for Christmas, 7 weeks later gave up and asked for a refund. Tracking system is a joke, the website makes it deliberately hard to contact them. When I eventually found a phone number it was impossible to speak to a human. Managed to get through to someone in the end only by deliberately entering the incorrect order number repeatedly. He was some impolite idiot who just said 'Just have a refund, it's out of stock and we've no idea when it will be back in' For the England Rugby team to be connected to this company in any way is an absolute embarrassment. It has left an extremely sour taste and I have one crestfallen nephew who had told his pals he was getting the new kit and now looks stupid. I am beyond livid.

Ordered for express delivery on…
Ordered for express delivery on Thursday for Friday recieved emails all over weekend saying coming Monday, unable to contact them unless to a robot. Finally got to them on Wednesday as email said still in transit, turns out been left in someone’s bin cupboard no notification etc. Even now tracking still saying en route. Phoned turns out have to pay for return,can’t get a refund on postage even though I paid extra, the quality of the shirt was disgusting thin nylon material that I wouldn’t pay a fiver for let alone 35 disgusting service,bad attitude and disgraceful blatant rip off. You should be ashamed England rugby.

Only one because you can’t leave a review otherwise! Absolutely shocking on top of postage you get a handling fee! I then received the wrong item. Got in touch then reordered only to receive exactly the same wrong item. Asked for refund but you only get the cost of the item not the extras you pay for. Disgusting treatment of fans.

At no point during the ordering process was a postage fee advised. It was added at the point of paying, after the order was committed. Trying to cancel, but only automated chat.

Atrocious company! Same as most reviews, ordered well before Xmas, still waiting as of 3rd Feb! Generic responses to my complaints. Can someone put these sharlatans out of business? The audacity to put England Rugby Store is an afront to the nation and the sport. How do we get our money back? PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Never Again
I ordered two items for my husband in XXL and when they arrived they were nowhere near the same size, I have tried to return them via the portable which doesn’t recognise the order number. I finally spoke someone and they said unless I can prove one is the wrong size I must pay to return it.
I have sent photos of the two items together and they are still insisting I pay for the return,
If the RFU are connected to this at all they should be ashamed.

Worse customer service ever
Worse customer service ever! If I could give it zero I would. I ordered a hoodie at the back end of November well in time for xmas. It’s now January 24th and I still haven’t received it. I emailed them asking for an accurate update on my order and they said they restocked the 3rd January- why would you even let me buy a hoodie that wasn’t in stock in the first place. Emailing them has been useless they blame there terrible customer service on delayed stock it’s been over 50 days since I ordered it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
